I booked a date for parking. But they put the wrong dates. They put in from the date I made the booking. It wasn’t even the same month or day. This is for going for my wedding so didn’t get the dates wrong. When I got the confirmation I emailed right away but as it was the weekend they did not reply. I also contacted the parking company direct they hadn’t received the booking yet as skyparks don’t work weekends. They parking said they have to cancel it. I emailed first thing on Monday morning. But my reply was they can cancel or change as the had booked it for the Sunday the day before. And will not refund me. The car park said as I haven’t used ther park they will not charge so skypark are keeping the full payment for nothing. Reading reviews and speaking to the car park this is common practise with skypark if you book on a weekend as by Monday the date they put in has passed.
