“Beware of this company I booked on their site and when making payment the date of parking reverted back to the next day. When I received the confirmation I saw this and tried to contact skyparksecure immediately I had put in my flight number which was months in advance. They had me booked on the car park for the next day. They have no telephone contact and no chat line just email. They took 3 days to respond and said sorry you are bound by terms and conditions can’t amend the booking as we can’t rebook that place now. I have read other reviews showing that this date change at payment has happened to them too. This appears to be a real money making scam no way of contacting them other than email and then state you are bound by the car park terms and conditions buyer beware this company is not reputable or contactable and have taken 140 pounds from me for unwanted dates”
“Booked twice. Both times double charged.
No phone number to chase. Managed to get a refund the first time for the duplicate charge with a lot of back and fro emails (a frustrating waste of my time)
This time still waiting for the refund from 4th April as promised by Luke. I am emailing them daily for an update. No response. I made a formal complaint and addressed it via Luke. They / He didn’t even acknowledge it.

“I am utterly disappointed with the appalling service provided by this company. My recent attempt to cancel a booking due to an innocent mistake resulted in a nightmare of hidden charges and unhelpful customer service.
Despite my immediate request for cancellation, I was blindsided by a £10 fee that was conveniently buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. It's absurd that I was not explicitly informed of this charge before the cancellation was actually made, especially when contradictory terms promised a full refund upon cancellation! This deceitful practice is deceitful and completely unacceptable.
To add insult to injury, the customer service representatives were beyond useless. Not only were they impolite, but they also displayed a shocking lack of empathy and refused to address my concerns in a meaningful way. It's clear that this company prioritizes squeezing every last penny out of its customers rather than providing a satisfactory experience.
Save yourself the headache and frustration – steer clear of this car park company at all costs. Their deceptive practices and abysmal customer service are nothing short of disgraceful.”

Conned into paying cash with no receipt
Hi, DO NOT USE Sky secure parking.
I was conned and pressured into paying £20 in cash to the transfer driver on 25/03/24.
My partner and I changed flight meaning the parking would be an extra 12 hours, we phoned before departure and was told not to worry and it would be fine with no fees.
How different it was when we get to my car, the driver blocked my car in and demanded £20 in cash for the delay.
I explained the person we spoke to the previous day said there would be no charge. He got aggressive and demanded £20. I said I would not pay without a receipt or an email but he continued to get aggressive.
I paid cause I was tired and my partner felt sick after the flight but I shouldn't of paid! I have had no receipt so as far as I'm concerned it's gone into drivers pocket and I am concerned how many people he is doing this to.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, they employ people who are blackmailing customers in an aggressive manner. Still had no receipt and £20 in cash gone.
I would expect this aggressive conning tactic in a third world country and not after returning to the UK

“So, "SkyParkSecure" lulls you into believing that you'll be leaving your car in a "secure" car park.
When we arrived, we thought we were in the wrong place.
We were directed to park anywhere on floor 6 of a multi storey, insecure car park in one of the roughest areas of Birmingham (technically Solihull) that there is, Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre.
After parking, we thought perhaps someone would take the car away to the "secure" element of the business..... No, we were to just leave it there, causing panic and anxiety about whether it would still be there when we got back. Luckily it was, but there's no security, no cameras, no barriers and no lighting between certain times... Just a dilapidated old council car park in a crime ridden area. No wonder it was cheap.
We were however, picked up and dropped off efficiently but I'll never use this company again. They've simply block booked spaces in a car park that incidentally only costs £3.75 a day if you turn up yourself without booking through them. This is a shocking way to exploit people.”
“I made a booking and paid for meet and greet at airport. The driver failed to pick up call and failed to meet at appointed time. I was forced to leave car and on return has to pay £180 for less than 2 days stay. I have complained to skypark who have passed me over to Heathrow Airside. Skypark claim they are just a booking agent. I have paid in total £220 and not resolved.”
“Scam alert!! This company does not operate at Heathrow car park. I was charged £7.50 for leaving Heathrow and another £7.50 upon entering a week ago. I booked Skypark Secure online for departure from Terminal 5. Following the instructions received via text, I called the provided number 07842351199 to inform them of my arrival at Heathrow. Unfortunately, the call went unanswered several times. Eventually, someone with broken English guided me on where to go. All I could understand was "number 3." As I approached T5, I tried to communicate with the individual, but I struggled to comprehend his instructions. Only the mention of "number 3" was somewhat clear. Despite having filled out an online form after researching parking at T5, he navigated me to T3. This confusion led to me mistakenly entering T5 on level 3, thinking he was instructing me to go to level 3. I received a ticket, which I had to pay £7.50 for because level 3 was not the correct level for this specific parking area. When I confronted the person with the issued ticket for the wrong level, he laughed, and I had to pay for entering Heathrow parking. I explained that I had made an online booking and had already paid for everything, but I had to pay again due to being on the wrong floor.
Upon returning to Heathrow T5, I attempted to call 07842351199, but there was no answer, and leaving a voicemail wasn't an option. I then called 07931696867, the number the person with limited English proficiency had called me on the day of my departure. Again, no answer and no voicemail option. After several attempts, someone finally answered. I informed him of my arrival and my desire to collect my car. He instructed me to call after collecting my bag, promising that my car would arrive shortly. Following his advice, I called but ended up waiting for 50 minutes for my car to arrive. Worried that something was wrong, I called multiple times, but none of my calls were answered by either of the numbers. After about six attempts, someone finally answered and assured me that my car would be with me in 5 minutes. However, I waited an additional 40 minutes before my car finally arrived. When I inquired about the delay, the driver mentioned that he was instructed to bring my car about 10 minutes prior, contradicting what I was told an hour earlier. When I inserted the ticket provided by the driver upon leaving the parking area, the barrier did not open because I was charged £7.50.
Seeking assistance, I explained that I prepaid my parking online with SkyPark Secure. The lady on the line informed me that the parking doesn't operate at Heathrow; it is an outside company that took my car away. Upon returning to Heathrow, a ticket is issued that must be paid when leaving. Not only did I pay for my 6 days of parking online, but I also paid an additional £15 due to the mistakes made by these people. This company is a scam, unprofessional, and lacks proper English communication. They do not answer their phones, provide incorrect information, and subject customers to extensive waiting times due to their inability to manage bookings and guide confused drivers. If they can't allocate a number plate to the correct terminal, it indicates a mess in their booking system. Avoid this company at all costs; otherwise, you'll experience a long and expensive wait for your car.”

Sky park secure run taxi service with parked cars. I booked parking between 29/4-08/05/23, in between they took my car to Slough and got a parking ticket. In spite of my repeated requests to them , they did not pay the penalty. I had to pay it to the local council.”
