A TOTAL SCAM AND PATHETIC 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'.
I had booked a parking slot with Skyparksecure only to arrive at the confirmed car park in Manchester and to find the gates locked. When contacting the person i/c of the parking I was told that Skypark was no longer liaised with Skyparksecure and that I should have received a message informing me of the changed arrangements. I did not receive this message and was not pleased to having to pay double the amount again I had already paid Skyparksecure. When querying this mess up I was told that it was my fault not to have read the message they had sent and was not reimbursed. The customer care I received was done via email as there was no one who could respond to my complaint over the phone. Very unsatisfactory. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!”

“Brilliant service we had to cut short our trip due to government changes, i emailed and i had a reply straight away to inform them of changes, arrived home today and car was with us within 10mins. Would highly recommend and like to thank you all for the excellent worry free service.

“What a joke ! Can't cancel with lockdown both in UK and destination country and flight not flying - they are sticking firmly by their T&Cs with no flexibility. Wouldn't mind if they just had the ability to claim a voucher for later use - so money lost for a service that they are not even providing.
I know they are just a comparison website and a broker for the actual car park companies, but has the money for the booking actually been paid to the car park company. I doubt it !
Will not be using ever again once this over and certainly wont be recommending to anyone else. What goes around comes around.”
“Booked a car parking space through them, which fell in the period of government lockdown with Coronavirus. After waiting days between email replies, they refused a refund for the car parking as I'd booked a "non-flexible" product. Not sure that's relevant when people aren't allowed to leave their homes and the car park isn't even operating.
After much back and forth they 'kindly' offered to change my dates for me, as if I could contemplate rebooking the trip in the current coronavirus situation.
I definitely will not be using again.”

“I paid an extra £1.49 a refund if I had to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately I did and was told I would receive a refund within 10 working days. When I didn't, I emailed... No response. I then phoned to be told that accounts would email me later that day after investigating..... No response. I felt like the customer service advisor was fobbing me off. Money Saving Expert should not be endorsing this company on their website.”

“Online this service is advertised as pick up at the terminal not near the terminal as for example official Stenstead meet and greet service advertises. When we asked for the collection of the car from terminal, we were told that for some unknown reason they cannot provide this, but will do on the way back. On the way back, no pick up from terminal. When the car arrived, it was filthy. Beyond joke filthy. Must have been parked in a muddy field and drove through a muddy field for quite some time. When I addressed it with the operator on return of the vehicle, his answer was, it has been rainy. Would not recommend this service to anyone.”
