Booked my parking at a price which was very slightly cheaper than other companies. Other companies tell you before you book that you have to pay £5 entry and exit fees additionally. Skypark don't tell you this until after you've paid! When we arrived at the office the man at the counter tried to charge me £20 extra (saying it was £10 each way which is not true) in the end I paid the £10 for both journeys. I also deliberately paid for Park & Ride as we have a car on motorbility and nobody else is allowed to drive the car under any circumstance. On return to England on Saturday morning at approx 12.05am, I phoned them and was told that they would be driving my car to the airport and would hand over the keys to me (not what I paid for). To make matters worse they told me that I had to pay the exit fee of £6 at the airport and they would return the money into my bank on Monday morning - of course, this never happened. I would never advise anyone to use this company again. You don't even get to see where your car will be left parked as you leave it in a tiny dirty yard for them to park it somewhere? - there's nothing you can do at this stage when you've got a plane to catch and have to accept it and "hope" for the best...

Scam do not use them Booked with them on the day tried to find the directions it was so confusing When i went in shopping centre No one was there to pick the car up Called the number no one answered Had no other choice but to go and find alternative parking Do not use them They need to be banned from using this service

DO NOT USE !!!! HELP PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS!! Total scam or disgusting service!! We got picked up 1.5 late with a bare face lie about not having another driver available..

Booked meet and greet at Heathrow Terminal 4 on 12 November 2022. Sky Park Secure agents failed to arrive despite numerous calls which remained unanswered. A stressful start to holiday which led us to arrange costly last minute parking. Sky Park Secure unsympathetic to subsequent complaint. Avoid!

total thieves , government need to clap down on sites like this , trust pilot reviews must be manufactured as they are too glowing for such a despicable company , cast your net and you will see them as they really are , THIEVES

Constant spam emails from this company despite never used them. Ignoring requests to remove me from whatever list they are using to get my details. Not a good sign when they can't even manage their emailing and happily ignore data protection requests!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Arrival at Gatwick airport was chaotic, with the insufficient drivers available and poor customer service on drop off for the Meet and Greet service. Upon return, we were told that they had lost our keys so we used a taxi to return home. The next day I had to take a train from Northampton to Gatwick with the spare key and return my vehicle. It was then I found our car had been parked in an unsecured field for the duration of our holiday. Three days later they found our keys but did not post them back until three weeks later.

Received 5pm Friday for parking 3am Monday "Dear Valued Customer, We have this afternoon been informed of some onsite operational changes at Car Park Luton - Park and Ride and Car Park Luton - Meet and Greet that unfortunately affects your booking. Regrettably Car Park Luton will not be able to accommodate your booking and we will arrange for the booking to be cancelled and fully refunded to you. You will receive a cancellation notice shortly. Depending on your bank / payment method, the refund will show on your statement in 3 - 5 working days." DO NOT USE SKYPARKSECURE

I booked parking at Leeds Airport Meet & Greet via SkyParkSecure. Received text the day before travel that M&G service not available. Tried to contact SkyParkSecure to confirm and arrange alternative. Only contact option available is to leave message on their website & wait for response. After 6 hours they advised that there was no problem and my booking should proceed as normal. 10 minutes later they sent another mail advising that there was a problem and that my booking was cancelled - they apologised for inconvenience and left me to sort the problem. I've subsequently tried to discuss to find out what happened but they are impossible to contact except by e-mail - then simply state that the cancellation is nothing to do with them because they are just a broker - basically they take your money but you are on your own after that. Fed up with companies who are still using COVID as excuse for poor service.

It is a shame you can not give SkyPark Secure zero stars! The only thing they secure, as the name would suggest) is the money they have take of you. We have booked a parking space at T3 multistorey car park at Manchester Airport, followed their guidance to the letter (used the navigation link they provided), spoke to the car park assistance team on site to ensure it was the right location, and guess what? Our reg plate didn't get recognised, and they were unable to locate our booking details at all!!! In order not to miss the flight, we proceeded to moving to another car park and making a booking there (way more expensive). In the meantime here is the self-righteous email reply to our complaint and request for a full re-fund: "SkyParkSecure.com are an online only price comparison website and booking agent for car parking services that advertise through us nationally. We do not own or operate the car parks or provide the services onsite. The car parking services are owned and operated by either the airport's themselves or private companies. As per the terms and conditions of your booking your contract for the car aprking service is directly with the individual car park. I have checked your booking and can see that you have booked the Official Manchester Airport Drop & Go, owned and operated by The Manchester Airport Group PLC. We here at SkyParkSecure.com are sorry to hear that you were unable to locate the car park that you booked on this occasion. When you made your booking via our price comparison website on April 7th 2022, you were sent a booking confirmation via email to the email address you provided which contains a full set of directions, along with the address and postcode for use with Satellite Navigation. A telephone number for the car park directly is also provided on the booking confirmation should you require any further direction or assistance prior to your arrival. All of the information that is sent out on our booking confirmations is provided by the car parking companies themselves and we have had hundreds of customers book through our website and successfully locate the car park and use their booking by following the same information as per your booking confirmation. Whilst we are sorry that you were unable to use the car park you booked, we are unfortunately unable to offer any form of refund as per our terms and conditions. The car parking company you booked with April 7th 2022 reserved the space for you to use and they would have been unable to resell it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I booked our car into Meet and Greet through Skypark Secure costing £40 on the 27/3/22. We could have parked for less as they offered us a variety of options including a 2 minute bus transfer but we thought this would be the best. Arrived at the airport at 3:45 3/4/22 as arranged via booking, made 6 calls as you have to call 20 minutes before you arrive. No answer so left messages. Tried again and the person answered and just said “hello”, I asked where he was as it was now 4:05 and we should have been at check in and got no reply. After repeating myself several times I hung up. Airport security came along and were so helpful as he could see how upset I was and I explained our situation. He showed where to park quickly as time was getting on. He gave us the advice to get checked in then to go online and book our space as it would be £60 per day if I didn’t. After checking in as still in panic mode we went back out to where we was and he made sure I booked the correct car park we were in. I emailed Skypark Secure but as it was Sunday I didn’t get a reply until the Monday. According to them they emailed me at 16:40 the evening before we were due to fly to tell me they had cancelled my booking as the car park was full. I emailed back to say I never received any email and they kept said I did and that I had opened it. If I had I wouldn’t have arrived expecting Meet and Greet and wouldn’t have left myself with the stress of not having parking. They have agreed to refund my original payment but refuse to compensate for any of the cost of last minute parking which was £100. The man at the airport did advise us as it was the time we arrived and not pre booked it would be expensive. If I had chosen this option instead of meet and greet it would have been £50 so they have cost us double. Customer service don’t care and I will be passing onto everyone I know not to use this company. If there was an option for zero starts I would have picked that. Waiting on refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs. Took money for 1 month booking. Instructions for car park had me circling town for an hour, no car park to be found. Had to pay for long stay airport carpark then no refund!! Emails take over a week for a response. They accept no liability as they are a "Comparison site ONLY". Very happy to take your money though.

Hidden £10 charge. Curstomer services polite but useless. They insist the charge is not hidden but it quite clearly has been hidden within the website so that the majority of users do not spot the hidden fee. You would be lucky to spot it in the confirmation email too given it is written in tiny text at the bottom.
