I paid an extra £1.49 a refund if I had to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately I did and was told I would receive a refund within 10 working days. When I didn't, I emailed... No response. I then phoned to be told that accounts would email me later that day after investigating..... No response. I felt like the customer service advisor was fobbing me off. Money Saving Expert should not be endorsing this company on their website.
