“MIke Orlando took my original call asking about a micro I saw on-line. Answered my questions and I bought the micro a few days later. On another note, and this is important. I called the store inquiring about repair on the under-micro lights which had burned out and continued to do so after replacement. I was referred to "honest" Dan. I reached him and he told me upfront about his cost to diagnosis plus what could be wrong with the lites. He urged me to consider replacing the micro which could be less expensive than a repair job. I certainly appreciated his input in this process.”
