I ordered an appliance on line. They emailed me next day saying it is not available. I went to store and they tried to sell me a more expensive appliance. I ended up going somewhere else.

Slyman charged $200 to install my dishwasher, and it was not done properly. The dishwasher did not work after they left. I tried calling the store and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Had to fix the dishwasher myself after paying them to do it. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Delivered broken machines. Twice. Then ran out of stock. Tried to steer me to a brand I didn't like. Then billing issues.. not a good exp. Disappointed 😥

Our oven at home stopped working after christmas. We purchased a new oven and microwave on 12/28/2024 from Slyman and were told to expect two weeks until delivery & installation. We figured we could manage a few weeks without an oven. After waiting more than two weeks without hearing anything I called the store to learn it had been delayed until the end of January. We've been very happy with Slyman on past purchases and have recommended them to others, but the complete lack of communication or empathy for our situation was very disappointing and unexpected.

I ordered an over the stove top microwave on 12/30/24 and Tony told me he would call me on 1/13/25 to set up installation. He didn’t call by 1/17 so I called him. He now says he’ll call on 1/30 to set up installation. It’s been a month without a microwave. Unsatisfactory customer service. Won’t be ordering from Slyman again.

Communication seems to be a problem. I keep having to reach out to find out the status of my order. Last I heard it will be in the warehouse 1/15/25. It’s 1/17/25 and again haven’t heard a word if they have it or not. Just seems odd that they wouldn’t contact me and say yes it’s here or sorry it isn’t.

Too many things went wrong with this order and the company did not take full responsibility for what happened. I feel that I was charged higher restocking fees for the second refrigerator return. I wasn't informed about refund policies. The 25% restocking fee was excessive considering this start with a mistake by your employee. This rating is based on Slyman Bros only! The delivery, which is a different company was amazing. Before buying from this company read the online reviews.

We were told the refrigerator would be inspected at the warehouse since our first delivery was messed up with dents and seal damaged Our second delivery the refrigerator was full of dents. Very disappointed with the service

The worst customer service experience we have ever had. My family and my wife’s family have purchased appliances from Slyman Bros for many decades. I don’t believe I can purchase products from Slyman Bros any longer. I called someone else to have my appliance installed, I paid Slyman Bros for delivery and installation but the installation never happened. I was having surgery the next day and my wife uses this appliance everyday so I called someone to come install it immediately.

Salesman wrote up order wrong. Did not receive what I wanted. Then was told I would have to pay restocking fee & another delivery fee. Unfair will revise this if problem is addressed and solved. Very poor customer service.

I went to Slyman to get a more personal experience and avoid problems with big box stores Once they took my money for purchase, no one answers the phones or deals with follow on issues related to delivery etc. I would never use them again.

I was not asked by the salesman about an installation charge. The product was dropped off. If that’s what I wanted, I could’ve went to Lowe’s or Home Depot.. Over the last 40 years, I spent at least 30 grand at your place. I guess it’s true what they say, nothing is what it used to be.

We really had enough after 2 refrigerators were delivered that never worked. Lost over $300 dollars in food. Did not blame the company for the product but the fact that the ball was dropped and much more to the story. And of course they would not work with us on a resolution. So we will be passing the word. I'm a big networker and my husband does kitchens and baths and we plan on telling out tale to everyone. I know we wouldn't run our business that way. It's funny I was told you would lose money on what we wanted, but sure didn't care what we lost. Worst part is I had faith in Slyman Bros and was never so disappointed in my life.

Never received my purchase. Was charged 3/27/2024 purchase Slyman Bros Httpsslymanbr Mo $1,139.52 Was first told it's not in stock and I will get a text to deliver next Wednesday when it comes in. Wednesday comes and no text about delivery. I send email to get an update and was told , they found out yesterday there was a system issues and it should be here NEXT Wednesday. Sly-man Bros had no issues taking my money right away without producing anything. And now it will be a minimum of 3 weeks after I paid for it just to get the delivery scheduled. Not a good busniss practice. I demand a full refund. I'll get a refrigerator from someone reliable. They are everywhere.
