Salesman seemed to be rushing us through and failed to inform us of a $100 rebate on the dishwasher we purchased. We discovered the rebate online.

Purchased open box and missing several parts needed to install. No mention of that online. Just mentioned cosmetic blemish. I reached out via chat bot, text and phone to ask specific questions before online purchase but no one ever responded. I’ve been buying from Slyman for 35+ years and disappointed with this purchase.

Pick up took too long. Employees said there was new system for pickup. Take a lesson from best buy, target....and every other retailer. They don't need your driver's license, credit card and photo of item on my truck.

I would have given a higher score, however, I had questions. I called and left messages but my messages were never answered. My questions no longer need to be answered, but my money was taken very quickly, it would have been nice if my questions could have been answered as quickly. I tried to communicate by phone. I did call the store number and the person I spoke with was very nice and helpful.

I grace not received my dishwasher yet. It was supposed to be delivered Friday jan 10. It snowed today. I understand the delay, but they told me the next open date for delivery would be next Friday Jan 17th. My delivery should have been priority delivered the next business day the roads were clear.

A few challenges with the installation. We were informed(by text) installer/plumber would be out between 7:30AM-11:30AM. Did not show up during that time period, nor were we contacted by anyone. Tried calling the installer and the office multiple times and no one answered. Finally got call from installer around 4:00PM that he was headed to our house. No concern or apology for the inconveience - "they shouldn't provide arrival times", "you need to talk to the office, not my problem or requirement to contact you"; "I had challenges at a job this morning and got here when I could". He was not rude, but just made it clear it was not his problem.... In store service was good. Initial scheduling and delivery was good. Needed plumber to cut pipe and do final install and that was challenge. We were without a dishwasher for multiple days...

The sales process online was straightforward. However, your distribution center location is awful. Located on a one way street with a center divider at an intersection is 1 thing, but the fact that there is no side access to your parking lot is ridiculous. Then , after I spent 5 minutes figuring out how to get to your warehouse, there is no signage other than a 5 inch square sign on 1 of the 2 doors to direct customers to the back of the building with no ability to turn around easily is unacceptable. Worst location experience possible. Do better.

Customer service at O’Fallon MO store is poor, do not return customer phone calls or emails. Sold us a product that was out of stock and then didn’t try to make it right by coming down in price on a more expensive model that they tried to sell us. Very disappointing as we have spent a lot of money at the store.

The purchase experience is satisfactory. However, a detailed receipt/invoice should be included in the email that is sent. The amount doesn't make sense and that detail is important.

We desperately needed a new microwave. Kudos for being the only company that actually stocks in St Louis. Problem was talking to a human being. Called more than one phone number, but no one answered any of them. Just have to assume everything goes ok.

We had to drive to three different buildings We got lost twice Mary Beth was wonderful we moved in in 1976 and nought everything from your store in Florissant God bless you Joe Dahlem

The control panel on the new dryer was scratched when they delivered it. Verily disappointed but I was able to receive a small discount.
