The only problem I have is trying to get in touch with my sale person because if the store didn’t answer the call it would transfer to a another store.

The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I wanted easily. I ordered it. I have had one phone call to follow up. I am waiting for another phone call in order to get the delivery set up. I am going to have to call Slyman Bros. again. That is annoying.

Jake Kopesky did a good job helping us select appropriate appliances with us - 5 stars. Installation experience was atrocious at best - 0 stars. 3rd party install company was not disclosed and they were low in capability & understanding, then turned aggressive & confrontational. Slyman should find another resource of bring that service in house to control quality & behavior.

I worked with Michael Slyman and was disappointed in the way he handled the sale. I purchased a washer & dryer. The Hotpoint washer was $477 and the Amana washer as $518. He said if I wanted the Amana he could do it at $477. That was great so we went to his office to write up the sale. While entering the information into the laptop he said there was a Labor Day special to include a 5 year warranty. Again that was great. He finished the entries, and printed the invoice. When he came back into his office, he did not sit down. He stapled his business card to the invoice, handed it to me, thanked me and said goodbye. He did not offer to review the invoice. I thought that was odd, but apparently he was busy. That’s okay. I got home, reviewed the invoice and noticed the prices were not what we discussed. The difference was about $60. I called and left a message for Michael to call me. I then received a customer service email from Slyman so I responded to it asking Michael to call me. He called the next day, I explained my confusion and he said the extended warranty was not free. He sent a revised invoice to me detailing the pricing. I still don’t quite understand, but I think it was just a miscommunication. This could have all been avoided if he would have had taken 5 minutes when I was in the store to explain the original sales invoice. I admit I should have not let him rush me out and insisted we review the sales ticket, but Michael should have done this just a good business practice. I’ve purchased many appliances from Slyman Brothers in the last 40 years and have recommended Slyman Brothers to several people. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the service. It’s not the $60. I assume the invoice is correct. The lack of attention to the details just left me with a bad feeling. Hopefully when the appliances are delivered and installed all will go well. Thank you for your time

Communication from sales to customer non existent. I was not informed of progress or delivery date till delivery day. I had to repeatedly call the store for information. Delivery experience was great.

The only negative issue up to this point is that I called with a model number for the machine I wanted to purchase and was told it was available and a price of 799.00 but when I called back to order it I was told it was last years model and no longer available and the current model would be 100.00 higher, I think they used to call that bait and switch. I feel that the price should have been adjusted do to the mistake.

Hello I unfortunately had to cancel my order for my Whirlpool Washer because the date to be delivered got delayed. I am waiting for my refund can you tell me the Status on my refund please. thank you Margie Breeding

Hard to get service on damaged products. Replacement takes to long. Delivery persons not very careful. Damaged personal item and not replaced.

Salesperson was adequate. Seemed like a nice guy. Didn't give much of a sales pitch didn't push any product just steered us in the direction we were looking. Will see how delivery goes today.
