Due to a miscommunication from the saleswoman at Slyman Brothers, the wrong dishwasher was initially delivered. Then, Slyman charged me a restock fee because of the saleswoman's misleading articulation. I will also be leaving reviews on other forums to reinforce my displeasure at this business interaction.

The salesman and delivery people were great. I do not appreciate buying a 1600 dollar refrigerator to be told I have to print the manual. What if I don’t have a printer? What if I don’t have online access to download it?

Paid for a refrigerator in August supposedly in stock. Delivery date arrived and they called to say it didn't have an icemaker.

There’s a piece to the door shelf in the freezer that was not included. We specifically asked about this when we were shopping for the fridge and told it would be included. It was on the fridge when we got it and we called and the salesman said he would ship us one. Still haven’t received it

The initial purchase of a complete kitchen,, washer & dryer. Most of it came fairly well time. The parts that were not in have kept things from being remotely being finished. Cannot tell you how many phone calls have been made and still no resolution. I’ve changed my mind on my initial first review. Customer service stinks.

We bought an entire high end kitchen appliance set 7 years ago 2 Thermador ovens dish washers etc. our top of the line kitchen aid refrigerator craped out after $1500. In parts and service calls. After buying a new one it won't be delivered for a week Amazon would have been less expensive and delivered faster in 2 days!

The wrong Refrigerator was delivered to my house. The delivery service itself was timely. Just disappointed in the fact I have to make more arrangements. The fridge was an open item and whiile it not damaged, I was surprised it wasn't bubble wrapped or had corners on it. It was just wrapped in plastic wrap.

The dishwasher purchases did not work after installed. The old dishwasher was put back in because they did not have the proper cap for water line. The appliance I ordered was out of stock and would need to be ordered through the manufacturer. I contacted the sales person for n the 10th day after install and was told they were checking on my order “ right now” . I was then informed that it was on back order and wouldn’t be in until 8/6. I drove to the South County store , informed a helpful young man of my delimma and he was able to locate the exact appliance and delivery was scheduled two days later. Shopping local businesses is important to me, but I would think twice before ordering from Slyman again

The sales person was great. The appliance itself appeared to be used and had wearing on the waterline connection. Additionally, as I took it out of the box, water was leaking from the dishwasher. I wouldn't have expected this for a new appliance.

The appliance is great,, the salesman was great, the price was fair, but their delivery system is poor. I was told that delivery would be made between 7 and 11 am. I am writing this at 230 pm and still no delivery. I can understand unavoidable delays, but then you need to call the customer and let them know that the delivery has been delayed at east three hours. Instead, I have had to give up five hours of my day waiting. When I called my salesman, all he could tell me is that it is an automated system. Maybe it needs to be a human system.

Bought a washer 1/6/24 paid for delivery and install. Was today it would come in 1/8/24 and be delivered around 1/10/24. It's now 6pm on 1/12/24 and it still hasn't come in. We could have bought it elsewhere and installed ourselves, but we were promised quick service.

The sales person did not inform me that I need Ed to purchase drain hose kit. Imagine our surprise when we starting installing it. I’ve installed many dishwashers and they have all come with the needed parts. If they are not included, please inform the customer!

Didn’t know I had to assemble the refrigerator, finish unwrapping it. Delivery person said it we had any problems contact.our salesman. Delivery over a week late. If this was my first purchase from you it probably would be the last

Product was not available on the showroom floor and could not be viewed. Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the product and couldn't answer questions.

The delivery went smoothly. Eric and his guys were SUPER nice, friendly, and personable. Only one tiny thing that cost me $180 at Northwest Electric this afternoon. When the guys originally hooked up the dryer it kept blowing the circuit. They couldn’t figure out why this was happening and suggested I call an electrician. Northwest was kind enough to come out almost immediately. After doing some checking, etc., he removed and reconnected the power cord to the dryer (the power cord installed by the delivery people) and discovered some little white wire was touching something causing it to short out and blow the breaker. Again, a $180 service call that really shouldn’t have had to be made. I sent this information in an email to Slyman Brothers and have yet to receive an acknowledgement... an I'm sorry for your trouble... a reimbursement for that service call... nothing.

After purchasing an Amana Gas range November 30, 2022. Delivered 12/2/2022. Did not work properly. Earliest repair/service appointment 12/20. Rep here less than 10 minutes said he needed to order parts. After several emails and waiting 5 months for "parts" that never came. Finally got notice on 5/9 that Whirlpool would replace. I never heard anything more. so after 2 weeks,5/24 I contacted Slyman Bros again. Second range finally delivered 6/1 also did not work properly. Took another 8 days to send out a service/repair person. He needs to order parts could be another 2 weeks. Never received any follow up from anyone at Slyman Bros unless I made the contact. They said there was nothing they could do it was up to Whirlpool. It seems you should back the products you sell or don't sell them.
