“Bought an Amana washer here a year ago and it is already broken. The website said the washer I was goingto purchase (Speed Queen) could be delivered on Monday but at the store they said the earliest was Tuesday. They also could not tell me when on Tuesday I could expect the delivery. The salesman also called every machine "this bad boy". Annoying”

“I called the Lindbergh Boulevard store, which is closer to me, three times and still didn’t get a person, even though I ieft one or more messages that Friday. As a result, I called the store on Hampton Avenue, and someone answered. I went out of my way on a 100-degree day to visit the Hampton store. The salesman was polite, and I asked for a chair because I’m disabled. He provided one and gave me the rundown on the Speed Queen TC5 (top-loading, “Classic,” five-year warranty) washer, which I had already researched. He answered all of my questions, and I ordered one. Delivery the following Thursday went without a hitch. I love my machine and look forward to using it for the next 25 years, the estimate I saw during my research.”

“I was told there were 4 microwaves coming to the store in the next 3-4 days. So, I paid for one and salesman agreed he would call me when it arrived. 2 weeks later I called and left a message and didn't get a return call. the next day I called and he told me they didn't come in and now expected 2 weeks later. I'm disappointed in the delay to get the appliance I paid for but I'm mor disapointed in the lack of communication. Why did I have to call to find out what's up?”

“I bought several appliances for a remodel. From start to almost finished, Slyman Brothers has been excellent to work with. Had a small hiccup, but they are going above and beyond to make it right.
