“I needed a dishwasher. I had a good idea what I wanted. Walked in, talked with Greg right away. He pointed me in the right direction and gave me pro/cons about two models that were right. I picked a model, paid, drove a few blocks to pick it up and I had my new dishwasher in my truck in about 30min. Great experience. The price matched everything I saw online too.”

“Trent was very friendly and helpful. We told him what we wanted, he showed us some floor models and we bought our new refrigerator-freezer within 15 minutes. Plus he helped us through the delivery process and removal of our old refrigerator. Lately customer services are very poor and frustrating, it was such a relief to deal with everyone at Slyman Brothers, it's customer service as it should be. Plus the delivery guys were great. Thank You.”

“Jake Kopesky did a good job helping us select appropriate appliances with us - 5 stars. Installation experience was atrocious at best - 0 stars. 3rd party install company was not disclosed and they were low in capability & understanding, then turned aggressive & confrontational. Slyman should find another resource of bring that service in house to control quality & behavior.”

“Very pleased with the customer service, salesmen were very helpful, Mike Orlando was very good at explaining things as much as he could. The only thing that my husband was unhappy with, was the fact that we had to pay the total cost before we even had the survey done to see if the appliance could be installed. Normally, we have only had to pay 50% of the cost till everything was finalized!!!”
