“Maxx greeted us moments after we entered the showroom. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Without pushing or hovering he answered all our questions and made suggestions that helped us in making a decision. We were impressed with his knowledge about the various refrigerators and his personable manner. Will be back to see Maxx!”

“It was so helpful to be able to buy and pick up our washer and dryer the same day our old one went out! We are grateful that Slyman has a warehouse that allows for this. Not many stores in the area do anymore! We didn’t have to go one day without being able to do laundry thanks to them! We know they have a great reputation for customer service as well, so that made it easy to purchase with them. Thank you, Slyman Bros!”

“For sales…Everything went great, no complaints. My only complaint is on delivery. We said we needed the delivery to be anytime after 1:30 pm. Yet it was scheduled for 7am to 10:30 am. I understand your delivery service is a separate division from your sales department, but I don’t understand why you can’t be more accommodating to the requests of your customers. Other business offer am or pm delivery or service. It’s just a shame a person can spend $1,000 or so more on an appliance, getting to pick and choose a model and options, but has no choice when their purchase will be delivered. Yes, I understand you can call and try and reschedule, but why can’t you just do this to start with? Do realize folks have jobs, and many need to take time off to be there for a delivery. On a positive note, the delivery team did show up in the time window they gave, were friendly, courteous, and did the installation quickly.”

“The sales person was great. The appliance itself appeared to be used and had wearing on the waterline connection. Additionally, as I took it out of the box, water was leaking from the dishwasher. I wouldn't have expected this for a new appliance.”

“Good friendly service. Not so great on delivery expectations. Was told my stoves were on the truck and being delivered and once I spoke to the store, found out they were not. No expected delivery for a few more weeks. Other than that a good reputable company. Will do business with them again.”
