“Easy online purchase process; good communication after the sale; quick delivery; fast, professional installation. The only annoyance is Mulberry, the extended warranty company. I paid Slyman for a 3-year plan. Today, Mulberry sent me an activation email, which tried to upsell me and offered no visible opt out. I closed the email before signing up for anything. I assume I still will have the plan I already paid Slyman for. Please confirm.”

“I called the Lindbergh Boulevard store, which is closer to me, three times and still didn’t get a person, even though I ieft one or more messages that Friday. As a result, I called the store on Hampton Avenue, and someone answered. I went out of my way on a 100-degree day to visit the Hampton store. The salesman was polite, and I asked for a chair because I’m disabled. He provided one and gave me the rundown on the Speed Queen TC5 (top-loading, “Classic,” five-year warranty) washer, which I had already researched. He answered all of my questions, and I ordered one. Delivery the following Thursday went without a hitch. I love my machine and look forward to using it for the next 25 years, the estimate I saw during my research.”

“I bought several appliances for a remodel. From start to almost finished, Slyman Brothers has been excellent to work with. Had a small hiccup, but they are going above and beyond to make it right.
