“Misrepresentation on the sales floor. Asked for a two stage delivery to be sure about the oven; was told $200+ extra. Then they only brought the dishwasher and was told that the way I wanted it was the way they do normally. What? I wrote letters asking about modifications. Misrepresentation again. I’m done with Sly man. Give back my money. Now.”
