“I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted this past Saturday morning. I was greeted by Steve, one of the associates . He showed me what I wanted at a reasonable price. I promised my wife that I would do a price comparison , so I went to a national store and was shown a like item at a much higher delivery and installation cost and given a very condescending lecture about what I should buy. No thanks. I went back to Slyman Brothers in the afternoon. Sam was busy but I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Slyman. I’m STL born & raised and remember the Slyman Bros from when I was a kid. The service hasn’t diminished nor has the friendliness . I get my dryer Wednesday and I’m happy. Thanks guys!”

“This is my third experience with Matt. I came back to Slyman Brothers on Hampton because of the outstanding service I’ve received from him in the past. I knew what features I wanted in my new frig, but hadn’t done much research. I was nervous about the complex process I was heading into, but was confident Matt would lead me in the right direction. He listened carefully. Showed me the frig that met my requirements. He gave me some measurements to check my doorways before we proceeded any further. I called him back and purchased an awesome, reasonably priced frig. I’m looking forward to delivery sometime late this week. He made the process painless! I will definitely make this my first stop for all my appliance needs”

“Salesman wrote up order wrong. Did not receive what I wanted. Then was told I would have to pay restocking fee & another delivery fee. Unfair will revise this if problem is addressed and solved. Very poor customer service.”

“Matt Gore was extremely helpful to me. I had Samsung microwave oven already installed in a home I bought which stpped working after 3 1/2 years. Matt showed and explained to me a more dependable product and ccertainlly met my needs. He was also a very nice man and I enjoyed my visit with him, i am a first time customer of Slymna Bros., referrred by my son who had good expreiences there, and I will continue to takde advantage of your services. Thank you.”

“Everyone I have ever dealt with at Slyman Bros are very polite and knowledgeable of the products and they are not pushy. They have never tried talking you into the more expensive items. The items are always in stock. Also the free delivery is great. The prices are right on target with other stores but I feel better buying items from Slyman Bros.”
