“sales staff was excellent, quick transaction, installed appliance next day by professional installer (not some college kid trying to make a quick buck). my only disappointment was not with slyman but rather with maytag. 3 attemps to register appliance using phone camera and all three times declined saying they didn't recognize the registration number. mind you, this is the number that THEY furnished with the appliance. next aggravation was pissing away 20 minutes trying to get a price on the extended service plan. there is no way you can get that information using maytag's crapass website and when you try to chat with their bot you are limited to only 5 subjects, none of which address the service plan. i was interested in purchasing the service plan but thanks to the peabrains at maytag i won't... smifd”

“I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY. I CAME TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF A FAMILY HISTORY WITH PUPILLO, MIZERANY, AND SLYMAN BROTHERS NAMES. I CHANGED MY MIND TWO TIMES AND PROMISED JODI THAT MY THIRD CHOICE WAS "THE ONE". SHE WAS GREAT AT BEING INFORMATIVE ABOUT ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION INCLUDING THE EXTRA QUESTIONS THAT WERE IMPORTANT TO ME. QUALITY PRODUCTS SOLD HERE WITH COMPETITIVE PRICES.”
