“When I bought my washer and dryer set, I told the salesman the delivery needed to be late in the afternoon as I work 30 minutes from home. My delivery was scheduled for 7-10:30 am. I tried callin my salesman for the past 2 days, no answer and no return call. I contacted your customer service and they scheduled my delivery for the afternoon, I was told I’d get a call 30 minutes before, and they called me while in my driveway. No 30 minutes before. They can’t wait for me to come home. I called my salesman again, no answer. I’m about ready to cancel the order and go somewhere else.”

“My wife and I are in the process of a kitchen remodel so we set out to purchase new appliances. My wife suggested we go to slyman brothers and I remember telling her "why would we want to pay more when we go to one of the big box stores and get a better price as i was thinking smaller appliance stores would have to charge more. To my surprise the experience was top tier from the moment we walked in. What I didnt know was that I was wrong on all aspects of what I thought Slyman Brothers would be. They have a much larger selection of quality appliances and hands down better customer service. Lance welcomed us and really took his time explaining the options on various brands and models. Lance turned a stressful shopping experience into a huge relief. We purchased 4 appliances at an unbeatable price. I will be recommending Slyman Borthers to any and all of my friends and family. I will never shop big box again and will return to Slyman Brothers for any and all future appliance needs. Thank you Lance and Bobby for helping make our remodel beautiful without breaking the bank! You have earned a lifetime customer!”
