“We have been purchasing our appliances for over 35 years at Slyman and have never been disappointed. Bobby helped us with our recent dishwasher purchase and as usual met all of our expectations. In fact I visited a local discount appliance store before going to Slyman on Hampton. In the end with all fees included Bobby's price was $100 lower than the discount store for the exact same dishwasher make and model. Maybe it was just good timing but we were also able to get drop-off delivery the next day.”

“Very poor customer service. Salesperson knew I needed a unit so was uninterested in me as a customer. Didn’t explain anything about potential gas installation problems. No one ever called to apologize about my dissatisfaction at delivery.”

“We have purchased our last three large appliances from Slyman Brothers. We have received wonderful customer service, fast delivery, and competitive prices. We always try to purchase items from family owned businesses versus big box chain stores, and Slyman Brothers never disappoints.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. This was my first time working with Slyman Bros, and I can honestly say I enjoyed the experience from start to finish. My old washing machine died recently, and working with Slyman Bros sales associate Mike, I was quickly able to locate a new washer that met my specific needs and price point, and schedule delivery within a reasonable timeframe. I received copies of my invoice moments after the purchase was made, as well as prompt follow-up regarding delivery details. The delivery team arrived on time AND provided a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance. They were efficient, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. I've already recommended this company to several people and I'll certainly be returning for all my appliance needs!”
