“We came into your store to purchase a convection microwave and wall oven combination unit. We were greeted by Sam Litzinger. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and offered alternative options if we were interested. The buying process as so easy. We will have the survey person out next week to assess our installation. We are looking forward to his visit and analysis.”
