“I had a very good experience. My only negative is that Sam did not return my last call to him, and it is critical that I know if I am getting the refrigerator I ordered, or if my cabinet will be in the way, causing the refrig to be too tall.”

“I placed an order by phone and the sales person, Ryan C. was so very helpful. I needed two pedestals for my washer and dryer and he was able to locate exactly what I needed. He promised to have them at the O'Fallon store the next morning and they were there as promised. I was so grateful because I had been looking everywhere for that particular color and model.
