“Brett Ries was a great salesman that took the time to explain the differences between the models we were looking at. We had measurements of the space needed in our home and took the time to measure what was needed. We were going to go to many other competitors (Lowes, Home Depot, Menards etc) but because of the customer service, information, and knowledge provided by Brett, we decided this was the place to buy. And we have shopped all the above mentioned places before for different appliances but this by far the best salesperson that showed an interest in what we wanted.”

“We went to the store on Lindbergh on Monday and our new fridge will be delivered on Thursday. They had a huge selection and we found exactly what we were looking for within 10 minutes. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and answered all our questions.”

“Purchased open box and missing several parts needed to install. No mention of that online. Just mentioned cosmetic blemish. I reached out via chat bot, text and phone to ask specific questions before online purchase but no one ever responded. I’ve been buying from Slyman for 35+ years and disappointed with this purchase.”

“I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. I found the staff very knowledgeable. They understood that I wanted reliable, solid products and that I didn't need the top of the line. They didn't try to upsell me to something I didn't need or want. I really appreciate that. The Slyman prices were comparable to other locations but the Slyman prices included the 5 year protection plans. Definitely recommend.”
