“We visited the south county new showroom. It is terrific. We met with Lance and easily were able to purchase a dryer to meet our needs. All great. Now we wait for delivery and hopefully the dryer is great. Our current dryer is over 35 years old.”

“Popped into the store, asked a few clarifying questions and got good straightforward answers. Salesman knocked off $80 for Labor Day even though it wasn’t advertised as such. Easy buying experience, in and out in 20 minutes.”

“Our 8 year-old LG refrigerator died for the second time in a year and we had enough. We needed a next day delivery of a replacement and checked out the big stores, but didn't find anything available for quick delivery that we liked. I had never shopped at Slyman Bros even after living here for almost 40 years, but decided to check them out. I found a Frigidaire on their web site with the features we wanted and it was on sale, but delivery showed 2 days away. We went to the O'Fallon store and were immediately surprised how big their showroom was and large selection on display. Jacob manged to secure a delivery slot the next day so we made the purchase. Delivery was on-time and the installation was great. Slyman will now be the first place I check for my appliance needs.”

“Jodi was great. She offered applicance specs so I could compare different brands. She offered her phone so I could contact her on a busy Saturday ( and I did) . She really made the purchase very easy. My husband picked up at the warehouse and they too, were very organized and helpful. Thanks for the very nice service all around.”
