“They had the built in oven I was looking for. I called and ordered over the phone. Carter made the process easy and srreamline. I like the fact they follow the sale with great customer service. When I need information or to talk to someone about my purchase or the delivery. I appreciate I am able to communicate with the same person. I am done with those big box stores and the lack of good communication. I like to do business with a family owned business.”

“We had a very good experience with the sales person. He answered all of our questions and explained the benefits of the dishwashers we were comparing. Also the lady that did our paperwork was great and explained what to expect for delivery. The whole experience was excellent.”

“Bought a microwave. Same price as box stores and Amazon. Picked it up at the warehouse on Manchester on a Friday afternoon. I was the only customer. Friendly service. He put the box in my vehicle. Nice to support a local business.”
