“Extremely pleased with the service that we received from Brett our sales person at the O’Fallon MO location. He was very knowledgeable & most of all there was no pressure. The day I went to purchase it was a very pleasant experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I will definitely be back for any other appliance needs. “I dealt with Tim. Although he was new with Slyman Bros. he was friendly, totally professional and efficient. Tim also answered all my questions without rushing me. Tim was very sincere and when he said he would call the next day, he did. Tim provided me with excellent customer service!”
