“Mike has done a great job of supplying my needs. One thing that got my attention was the day I came in and asked for Mike and Jake to serve me. I looked at the washers and dryers, and Jake was very kind and patient. I was inquiring, and subsequently I add them to my list of appliances. Jake gave Mike the credit even in his absence. I have purchased a stove, microwave, washer and dryer and looking at a refrigerator. Mike has been such a lovely young man, and I am pleased with your company and will come again for a Purchase. God Bless both of you and the company.”

“We purchased a Cafe double dish drawer at the ware house sale. Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful, also answering questions regarding washers as well. The installation went very smooth since we were replacing a Fisher-Paykel double dish drawer that we had since 2008, and connections were identical.”

“Just as when I was working with Jake on the purchase, the installation by Steve and his associate was great. I really appreciate their skill and care taken during the installation process. From Start to finish I couldn't have had a better experience. The extra information you provide with the "tracking" updates really helps prepare for the install - thanks for a job well done. “I went to purchase a replacement 2.2 cu ft Kitchenaid microwave cabinet with trim kit at the Ballwin store on February 3. Greg Gibson was able to find the Kitchenaid microwave and trim kit as newer model required a new trim kit and both items were in stock. We did discuss other brands but the cabinet was built for Kitchenaid 2.2 cu ft microwave plus not every brand had a trim kit. He quoted a price for the delivery/install/haul-away and then placed the order with install for the latter part of week of February 5 or following week. The store is very well-organized as I walked around to look at the other appliances. Great service from a family-owned business!”
