“I chose Slyman Brothers for my new refrigerator because I had heard other people say they were very good. I was very pleased, too. The salesman, Vince, was just what you would want in a salesman. He listened to all my concerns and wants, and he ended up finding just what I wanted in the warehouse. It will be delivered to me on Wednesday. I will continue to buy my appliances at Slymans.”

“Tony Howard quickly assessed our needs, then quickly and succinctly provided options. He did not oversell. We replaced our 10 year old DW. We could go to Best Buy as we are total tech members, but we have bought our appliances at Slyman for over 30 years bc they have the expertise.”

“When we first placed our order for a Bosch dishwasher, we were disappointed to hear there were none in stock and we would have to wait at least a week. I made an offhand comment to Carter that Best Buy had it in stock at the same price. The next day Carter called and told us he had done some calling around and found our model and it will be delivered and installed on Monday. That’s what I call service - going above and beyond to retain the sale. I’ve been in Sales for many years and would hire Carter in a minute for his protectiveness and great customer service.”
