“The sales process online was straightforward. However, your distribution center location is awful. Located on a one way street with a center divider at an intersection is 1 thing, but the fact that there is no side access to your parking lot is ridiculous. Then , after I spent 5 minutes figuring out how to get to your warehouse, there is no signage other than a 5 inch square sign on 1 of the 2 doors to direct customers to the back of the building with no ability to turn around easily is unacceptable. Worst location experience possible. Do better.”

“We were able to work with Carter. He was extremely knowledgeable, and listened to what we needed to find us the best dishwasher for the money. He did a nice job explaining the features and was very honest about what he felt was the best fit for us. We will absolutely buy from him again!”

“Slyman Brothers is our go to appliance store. We have purchased numerous appliances from them over the years. We stopped at Home Depot on the way and found our refrigerator freezer on sale for around $1,500. Went to Slyman Brothers just down the road and we work with Michael Slyman. They had the refrigerator listed for $2,100. Upon telling Michael we just left HD and it was $1,500 he immediately said we'll match their price. Slyman Brothers beat their price for a 5 year extended warranty. Their delivery, installation and haul away the old was $77. Far below HD price f or those services. Check other stores, be smart comparing and then go to Slyman Brothers.”

“I was on the phone with Mike from South County and he text pictures and information about dishwashers to me. He then notified Brett at the O'Fallon store and he was able to help us there. Very efficient and knowledgeable.”
