“The wife and I entered the store with the brand and two models we wanted to see, and to our shagrin there were neither on display. We were then wisked to a office and shown the two models online. One was $1600 and the other $2300 (same brand). This is where the salesman's cunning and resourcefulness came into play, with a mere look he conveyed to me (it's a guy thing) that I should choose the higher priced one or I would have to listen to wife tell me about the cheaper ones shortcomings for the rest of my life. I thank you sir!”

“Brett was very knowledgeable on the washer and dryers and dishwashers. I did purchase a new speed queen washer and dryer and i’m looking forward to purchasing a new Bosch dishwasher in the next 30 days.
