“Ordered a V-Tac 300W LED Floodlight which was out of stock, but Ionela contacted me immediately to let me know there would be a delay and offered to cancel my order if I preferred not to wait - but I waited, and it arrived earlier than the new expected date. Light works fine. Good product, good service, great communication. Recommended.”
