“Unfortunately wasn’t a good start with the website as they were say there was 268 or so lights in stock. So we ordered 5 lights and the next morning received a message saying they were out of stock, so I ended up having a look at the brushed chrome model and replied to say we will have them instead, so while waiting for a email back I received a message from DPD that they would be delivered the next day, so confused what was going on I had to phone the company and found out the original lights had been sent out and did I want to cancel the chrome ones. Wasn’t the best experience, they have arrived and look great so will be having them fitted soon”

“Very quick to invoice and charge for your order, promote the products but not too quick at giving delivery dates. Admittedly free delivery for ordering over the required MOQ but just give a delivery date please. I did ask twice after 3 days on a 1-3 quoted delivery date.”

“The service and online experience was good. I do however have a problem with the specifications of the unit purchased, V-TAC LED Panel 12W (VT-1207). The cutout size is listed at 155mm. However the actual cutout size is in fact 157mm. While this may not sound like much this was replacing an existing panel already installed which was 155mm and my cutout in the ceiling was 155mm originally so it did not fit so had to sand/file the hole out to accomodate the panel. I even check this on a vernia guage and the panel is 157mm.”

“This is not the first time that you have been used, in the past Customer Service has been excellent this time however, no reply to emails, promised to ring back but nothing. NO ADVICE ON DESPATCH METHOD after I made a special request. Will consider future orders but service must improve.”

“Good prices and helpful when stock was temporarily unavailable for part of my order, however, the PSU did not come with any method of plugging into the driver and the driver green buttons controlled the blue LED's and vice versa so the soldering iron had to come out.”
