“One of the 6 light fittings wasn't working. I send it back only to receive the same broken fitting back. Which meant I had to pay the electrician to come out with him not being able to fit it. And after that, they just ignored my requests phone calls or messages. I still haven't got the replacement! Bad customer service!”

“I ordered warm white LED bulbs and when I placed my order they were showing a very large number in stock. Remarkably I was emailed the next day and advised that they were out of stock and I could have a different sort or wait until more stock arrived (no mention of a refund option!) I opted to wait and after a few days some bulbs arrived but they were cool light and not the warm white which I had ordered. There was also no returns label or any information in the package. This is the first time I have been disappointed when ordering items online from various companies and of course I will never order anything again from this company!”
