Lights were listed as in stock took 3 weeks to receive my order No communication from seller, had to call 3 times to get information about delivery

Goods sent to wrong address I had to go to the address and as for my goods I think that if I had not go to get them then I would have received them I phoned you up and you phoned the courier up the told you wrong address but I had to retrieve them my self

Product as described, packaged well, no concerns here. However, next day does not mean next day, yet you pay for it. Ordered Sunday and would expect delivery Tuesday based on Monday being the earliest working day. Was informed product would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, arrived Wednesday. Please take this into account when purchasing the next day option.

Ordered lights and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Didn't receive confirmation email so called to check. Was told stock was in Europe and would be 7 days. Asked for refund for delivery cost and was told this would be done. 10 days passed, no update. Called, was told they had been dispatched to you but could not say when they would be sent on to me. I cancelled order over the phone and was informed this would be done and to wait 3-5 days for refund. 3 days passed and I received an email to say items had been sent out to be delivered to me. Clearly my order hadn't been cancelled as agreed. Further more I have still not been refunded my delivery charge!!!

Not great! I paid for next day delivery so that the light could be fitted while I had the electrician round. Received 3 days later.

Smart Lighting themselves have been great. However, you’re judged by the company you keep and DX Express their courier have been awful. I’ve been waiting over for a week for an express delivery that I payed extra for. After a failed delivery I tried to contact them to rearrange the delivery and add some extra information to help the driver get in touch with me and get to where he needed to be. However the driver didn’t leave a “sorry we missed you note” so when you call their customer service it hangs up on you when you can’t provide the number from the card. Unfortunately this means I will not be using Smart Lighting industries again because they clearly did not properly investigate the delivery services they were using and this makes all the difference to an online order and no matter how good the product and service may be. It’s let down totally by the delivery.

I ordered exactly the same LED strip lighting as I ordered previously, same product code etc, with the intention of extending the original strip. Something different has been delivered and is dimensionally different to the first item, meaning I can't use it as I intended. Unimpressed!

The outer casing fits VERY poorly onto the main housing with just two very small lugs. I expect the main light cover possibly to fall off at some point in the lifetime of the light. The main housing has only one screw attachment hole for fixing to a vertical surface.

Paid for Express Next Day delivery at a cost of £11 and then it took a week to arrive. Promised I was going to get a refund on the delivery cost and still hasn't happened and I very much doubt it will. Products good, after service poor

Ordered LED Panel, then told not in stock, needed to wait, no problem. No call from company so I called them, told now in stock! Received Panel, wrong Panel and damaged! Told manufacturer supplied wrong panels! Requested if similar panels were available, not in stock! Requested if lower wattage panel was in stock, it was. Received panel no issues. Informed return of damaged panel would be on a Thurs, re-packed and ready on Weds, told couldn't book return until Fri as courier system was down! Courier didn't show on Fri, they said, DPD, I didn't have package ready for return, absolute lies.

Requested 2 pairs of endocarps - simple transaction Was sent 2 end caps from one end. Excessive postage for something that could fit in an envelope - mini-plastic zip lock, inside large jiffy, inside plastic courier envelope! Requested the missing 2 caps and same experience. Disappointing and complete waste of packaging.

You need to find a new courier without a doubt. I have had multiple orders to an address I gave to yourselves over the last 3 weeks and your courier has now failed to find it twice with zero contact to myself to notify failed delivery. I would also work on showing stock levels on your site as this also incurred a significant delay on getting my order out. Only positive is lights were fairly priced and your representative who contacted me has been helpful.

I would have given 5 star if their service was up to scratch. I have paid for the next day delivery service and I received the item 4 days later. No apologies and no offer of refund the postage cost. Disappointing service.
