Ordered some Black PIR Sensors, Website stated they were in stock, but had an email to say they were overseas and it would take 2 weeks to get them, but white was available. I agreed to wait as black was requested. Delivery turned up 2 weeks later, white in colour. I had to keep phoning to find a resolution. However I ended up had to pay to get them sprayed black at my own expense.

I paid for express delivery service and the products turned up after 9 days. Have called and left message and 2 weeks later still no one has bothered to call me back. I won’t be using them again

The product was inadequately packaged and arrived with outer sections of the casing broken away. Not able to comment on the function of the lamp

Customer service is not good. I called the number many times and selected options. Either it keeps on going to a mobile voicemail box or the call centre hangs the call. I was supposed to receive a delivery yesterday that i havent yet and updates, wanted to call customer care but no luck. Thanks

Ordered 2 lights. 1 was fine and brand new.. the other was obviously a returned itemthe box had been taped, it was missing all screws and earth clamp screw, also missing the gland for cable entry to the light and one of the dials to adjust lux was snapped off and it had dirty fingerprints and scratches on the shade part which i had to buff out.. if i order from you again in future i hope ill get brand new items as described...

Product was excellent. Delivery was terrible. DX emailed me to say it would be delivered on 11 Nov, but it failed to arrive. They then emailed me to say it would be delivered on 12th Nov but it didn't. It finally arrived on 13th Nov. I complained to them but I have had no apology .

Slight delay, no problem, when arrived found two of four damaged due to poor packing or rough handling, no choice but to fit due to been behind as a result of delay in delivery, lights are superb and they did arrive, but real shame they had bits of the casting smashed off
