“I would have given 5 star if their service was up to scratch. I have paid for the next day delivery service and I received the item 4 days later. No apologies and no offer of refund the postage cost. Disappointing service.”

“The new strip was used to replace a neon tube light. The new fitting, which was above a false ceil, proved very easy and only took about 30 minutes to complete. I have now purchased two more to replace the remaining tubes.”

“2 no. Five foot led batten units arrived well packaged, intact and on time. Very easy to fit. Decent length of 2 core cable with tinned ends. Ignore reviews re hanging brackets, lights very secure and brackets more than ample for the job as the units are very light. Fitted in garage replacing 2 no. twenty odd year old single tube fluorescents. WOW. Light fantastic. The output from these makes such a difference when I am working on projects. Great price, great lights, highly recommended.”

“Ordered some Black PIR Sensors, Website stated they were in stock, but had an email to say they were overseas and it would take 2 weeks to get them, but white was available. I agreed to wait as black was requested. Delivery turned up 2 weeks later, white in colour. I had to keep phoning to find a resolution. However I ended up had to pay to get them sprayed black at my own expense.”
