“I ordered a bankers lamp from Smart Lighting for my daughter’s 16th birthday. It was delivered promptly and my daughter absolutely loves it. It’s well made and it looks very stylish. As an online shopping sceptic, I always worry that items look better in pictures than in reality but this is absolutely NOT the case with this product. The lamp looks just as good as in pictures, if not better. Of course, we’ve only had it a few days and I can’t say much about durability but it feels sturdy while looking great.”

“You need to find a new courier without a doubt. I have had multiple orders to an address I gave to yourselves over the last 3 weeks and your courier has now failed to find it twice with zero contact to myself to notify failed delivery. I would also work on showing stock levels on your site as this also incurred a significant delay on getting my order out. Only positive is lights were fairly priced and your representative who contacted me has been helpful.”
