“I purchase one of these back bags, as I was carrying my laptop etc in a tote bag over my shoulder. It took 24hrs to arrive, even when I messaged to change the colour way of the bag! It’s fantastic and just the right size for me. Can’t fault this company or their customer service. I even got a free cross body bag to boot! I highly recommended them. Ps. I just need to remember that I have something on my back now, as I knocked an expensive ceramic off the wall as turned to close my flat door! “Have now bought 3 bags from Spiral and they'll be our go to should we need to purchase any more.l bags or luggage. Great sizes, I have a 17inch laptop and it fits in the laptop sleeve of my Dalston backpack perfectly. My son uses a Summit for school and can easily fit everything he needs in. Quality of these bags is excellent and even better that they're made of waterproof materials. Keeps my sons gear dry walking to and from school.
We also have 3 of the crossbody bags, these are fantastic. Mad of the same waterproof material and are secure.”
