“The order and delivery process is slick. However on the very first use of the bad on a train to Manchester so hardly an outdoor rocky trek the bag was marked and the material has come off. I assume that part is not now waterproof. The bad looks great but is just not robust enough.”

Took this on holiday last week (went to Krakow), had one day of rain - sadly, the contents of the bag got soaking wet. I brought this bag as my husabnd has a similiar bag which he likes, as the bag is waterptoof. His bag is not a Spiral bag. Very similar in appearance, his did not let the contents of his bag get wet. We think the diffence is the padding on the back of the Spiral bag - his does not have padding. We think the padding has let the bag down as it is not in the same material as the rest of the bag
Love the bag but not the fact it does let things get wet when it rains - think there is a design fault. Sorry :(”

“I brought 2 Spiral bags first and they are amazing. I did buy a waterproof cover to put over the bag to keep it dry as the bag is water resistant, so it’s important to have a cover over it so nothing gets wet. I brought a cover from Amazon.”
