“I was initially happy with my spiral bag! However when I used my bag for the second time, while on the way to the office, the handle at the top of the bad snapped when I tired to pick up my bag.
The contents only contained my laptop and considering the price it cost, I would not expect a bag of supposed "good quality" to break so easily and quickly.
I've raised a complaint via your the "info" email address but nobody has responded to me. I am not happy and would not recommend a Spiral bag to anyone, if this the quality of product you can expect for your purchase.”

First and foremost I am very sorry to see this - it certainly shouldn't be the case and isn't befitting of the backpacks we look to offer.
