I have order a leotard for my daughter November 15th, 2024. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. We only received the shorty and the leotard arrived in January. It did not fit, so we ordered a another model. We waited 2 months. I called the english line to ask for it. They told me it was sent cupple of days ago, which was not true because on the very same day I called (April 1rst) I received the tracking number. The leotard arrived, and it was not the color ordered, so it does not match the shorty that I received in November! It has been 5 months and it is a never ending story. I am really disappointed. All emails that I received in english were absolutely not helpful. There is only ONE person who tried to help me on the phone and did a very good job, it is a French lady in customer service, who is always nice and helpful. But she can not repair the absolut mess and umprofessionality of your company. I will never buy again your products and I will certainly not recommand your brand.

Very poor performance I orderd next day delivery never turned up until I emailed to say where was my order. Needed item for a competition which is why I ordered next day delivery. Thst order turned up Tuesday the following week!!!
