I attempted to contact The Zone to complete an exchange and they did not communicate back with me. Their sizing appears to be bigger than other brands and my daughter is not able to wear her new leotard as the one that arrived is too big. The leotard is lovely, just would like to have a claerly defined returns policy so I can get the correct size.

Lovely leotard but very poor communication - no notification it was out of stock despite showing as in stock leading to delay of several weeks. I had to chase and ask. Then email feeding back I’d had no communication went unanswered. Wouldn’t order again based on poor customer service.

Ordered before Christmas but after deadline for Christmas delivery, no problem. Payment taken straight away. Not received by 8th Jan, called them to be told it was out of stock, and would be delivered 30 Jan. Finally received 7 Feb. No comms received between order and notification of dispatch. Product good quality, but where possible will purchase from elsewhere in future.
