“This is my 4th box from The Devout and I'm still really pleased with their service overall. The clothes are great, in good condition, and the service is fab when something goes awry.
Downsides? The sizing can be all over the place unfortunately - I ordered a UK 12 pair of &OtherStories trousers and they gave me a EU38 despite The Devout's own size guide saying a UK12 == EU40 (which *is* the size I wear from &OS). They also often don't keep much stock of an item which means that what's actually available when your box is due for renewal isn't necessarily what you'd hoped you'd get that month.
I'm hoping these are teething issues for a relatively young company though!”
“Items came quickly, and I really loved 3 out of 5 of them! The two items that I didn't love just looked a little weird on me. They were stretches to begin with, but that's exactly why I love the idea of renting! You can experiment around with looks you're unsure of, with no strings attached. I'm still trying to figure out what my size on Devout is; but should get the hang of it after a few more boxes. Agreed with everyone that the box it comes in is WAY too big, and the clothes are definitely thrown in and pretty crumpled. They are clean, though. I really wish I didn't have to wait a whole month before getting my next box!”
