“Really fast delivery and the clothes are great - a couple brand new. Only one piece doesn't fit right and unfortunate you can't just return to replace it easily. I found the selection a little limited for men so would be unsure how long I'd use the service unless there was a bigger selection. Price point is a bit high if you're paying full price so would be great to get that down.”

“delivery and collection on time. i had a mixture of new and used items. items clean but some VERY creased (this could be improved. customer service is fantastic. also quick response. i may struggle in the winter unless there is a very big selection as i do not wear dresses and would not buy/rent trousers online.
