Hey.
We weren't aware that your order hasn't arrived yet and don't appear to have any emails enquiring but I will make a note for Iwona to look into this tomorrow morning and will get back to you!

“My first purchase, mixed feelings over this.
Firstly, delivery was quick and this is the first print ive purchased with a frame as the frames are usually extra.
The print itself was lovely, but under the frame there was fluff / dust particals.
The frame itself was painted, the finishing on the back was dreadful considering how much more expensive it is to have a frame.
I don't think the frame is a high quality frame, and although it hangs on the wall.. I know it looks untidy at the back and knowing I paid extra for this, is really disappointing.
I notified customer service the same day with pictures, and didn't get a reply so the customer service is again sadly poor!
I'm looking for another couple of prints but definitely going search
around before I make a decision.
Mixed feelings.”
Hi Sarah
I was replying to you on Instagram until you stopped replying so I'm not sure why you are saying we didn't reply? Apologies again for the dust. We try to minimise any dust by wiping the frames as we are prepping orders. A warehouse environment combined with the friction caused by removing the protective film on the perspex does make them a bit of a magnet from time to time. It can happen but we are sorry that we missed it on this occasion.
We stand by our frame quality. Having sampled extensively we know that the quality is some of the highest out there for a frame of this price. Sorry that you were unhappy that you can see the paint finish on the back of the frame.

Hi Jill
Glad you are happy with your purchase however I'd be interested to see this sizing issue you mention? We print directly onto pre cut sheets for A3 prints so they are exactly A3 sized. If you are able to send me a photo showing me what you mean that would be great!
Thanks
Tom
“Beautiful picture, however arrived bent as my postman folded it in half and put it though my letterbox, not you fault I know, and I did email to suggest using a “do not bend” sicker to save any more disappointments and received a polite and swift response.”
“I love the products on offer. However the poster that I ordered in A1 size looked like a photocopy of the smaller version with weakened colours. Didn’t feel it was value for money I’m afraid. Just looks a bit cheap.”
“Although I really really like the prints, I dont like the fact that the frames are not included for the price that you pay. The prints are awesome but the 2 that I have purchased are probably going to be my last 2 as they are a little overpriced.
Still, amazing prints.”
Hi Suzie.
Thank you for your review and I'm glad you appreciate the quality of our printing.
Referring to your comment about the file not being high enough resolution I have attached a close up photo of this design printed on A1 (same as the size you ordered) as I had one sat next to me as I read this. A1 is really really big and I think this photo shows that it's actually a really good resolution for a print that size.
I am making an assumption that you could be referring to the soft edges and slight grain on the cage bars? If so this is only visible from very close range (20-30cm) however beyond that I don't see these minor imperfections. Regardless I will look into whether I can do anything to improve these sections for the future. The quality of my art is something I take very seriously and anywhere we can improve something I will.
Sorry that you felt it could be higher though. Just wanted to give some feedback on your comments so as to not deter a future customer.
Thanks
Tom
“I was disappointed when I received this artwork. I felt it was overpriced for something that looked like a greetings card not printed on particularly special paper. I also thought the shipping cost of £5 was too much for something that could have been posted as a letter. I would have sent it back but it is something my daughter wanted for Christmas, however I definitely will not be buying from you again.”
Sorry that you felt dissatisfied with your purchase. We have trialed our paper stock against over 20 other paper stocks since we began and we stand by the paper we use for its premium weight and its ability to produce the artwork exactly as intended. We have had nothing but positive feedback from other customers in regards to the quality of the print but you can't please every body.
We may not be the cheapest art company out there but we stand by our prices. We design everything ourselves and we have over a decades experience designing for extremely reputable clientele. When someone buys a print from us they are paying for our time and reputation as much as they are for a printed picture.
Fingers crossed your daughter feels more positively about the print when she receives it

“For your United States customers you should make them aware that the exchange rate will make the cost of their purchase more expensive. The quality of their product is good not great. Their customer service is poor.”
You originally gave a 4 star review citing the exchange rate as your reason for it not being 5 star review. I contacted you asking (very nicely) if you would consider changing to a 5 star review due to the exchange rate not being our fault as a company. In response to my nicely worded request you've updated to this nasty 3 star review. Really truly upsetting and I can't fathom why you would do such a thing. Tom
