“Loved the pictures themselves. The designs are great and had wonderful print quality. The only thing I wish is that the image itself was more centered in the area it was printed on. The skull's horns in one image was clipped on the sides of the print area and in another was on the very edge of the photo whereas there was a good chunk of space below the bottom of the image where the focal point could've been shifted down so it was centered in the black background.”

I was disappointed that it didn’t include a frame as in the photos - a little misleading. Especially as one of the prints is an odd size and consequently I must’ve spent a couple of hours trying to find one for it and eventually had to have one made which wasn’t cheap.
I got an email back from a chap saying that you are about to start selling them but that was too late for me as I’d sourced one already.”

Think some stiffer cardboard for both sides of print instead of one side be required in the envelope for transit which is why have only given a good but the rest of the service/payment/shipping was faultless”

Sorry to hear that there was some damage to the corner of the print. Our mailers are already designed to be ultra thick compared to regular mailers along with the board stiffeners we are using internally but corners often get damaged along the way regardless unfortunately.

“Initially I wrote a poor review as I hadn't received the artwork and was extremely disappointed. The artwork arrived around an hour after the review was written ! It is unfortunate that they took 9 days to arrive but this may well be more down to Royal Mail than The Gallery Wall themselves.
We absolutely love the artwork - they look fantastic. They are already framed and look wonderful on the wall.

Enormous thanks for updating your review Stephen. I'm very pleased they did show up shortly after you left the initial review. I completely agree 9 days is too long and I am consistently very frustrated with Royal Mail for their turn around times (which seem incredibly inconsistent). Fully understand the 4 stars.
We are actively seeking a new courier for the future and will hopefully have something in place soon.

Thanks you for taking the time to leave a review Maria! I'm very pleased that you are happy with the print. We try to keep pricing as reasonable as possible but I appreciate that some stores do charge less. We hope that the difference is evident in the quality however!
