“I have several conditions which if I was incapacitated wouldn't be easy to spot so a friend of mine suggested a bracelet giving info. I really didn't want something that looked 'medical' so I bought a Pandora 'lookalike' bracelet which i wear when I go out now. It's so pretty and could potentially save my life. The ID Band company are so quick with delivery so the customer experience is very good. I've had to update my conditions so bought another alert charm. I've had to remove an allergy from it, so the only comment I would have is to have the ability to make the writing smaller so more can fit on. That's just me though and I still think the concept and choices of bands are brilliant”
