We're sorry to hear that you've had issues with the bracelet purchased. Looking at your emails with our customer services team it seems like maybe when you resized the bracelet you didn't re-attach the clasp correctly. The clasp has a toothed hinge part which clamps down onto the pre-made indentation lines. Once clamped down they are very secure.
I can see that we have sent you some photos and videos to explain how the fitting works. Please contact our customer services team again and they will be able to have some more photos and videos sent across.

You sent us and email stating “the chain is too small to fit over my head.” Our customer service team responded, “We’re sorry to hear that the chain is too small to go over your head. If you undo the fastening and place it around your neck rather than over your head, does it fit?” We were simply trying to understand whether the 24-inch chain was too tight for your neck, making it uncomfortable to wear.

Additionally, the item description lists the materials used and the product's weight. We're very sorry to hear that the band is making your wrist itch. The bands are made from pure silicone and are 100% hypo-allergenic (non-toxic). Can you try cleaning the band using warm soapy water in case there is any residue on the band and see if this helps?

As you are outside of the UK you were given 2 options for delivery. Either FedEx which takes 3 working days or economy which takes up to 20 working days (excludes weekends). You opted for economy, therefore as advised when you placed the order, this may take up to 20 working days and is not tracked.
