Very dissatisfied. Product still hasn't arrived. How can you ask for a review when you charge, don't supply product and dont issue a refund.

Hi John, We're sorry to hear that you've had issues with the bracelet purchased. Looking at your emails with our customer services team it seems like maybe when you resized the bracelet you didn't re-attach the clasp correctly. The clasp has a toothed hinge part which clamps down onto the pre-made indentation lines. Once clamped down they are very secure. I can see that we have sent you some photos and videos to explain how the fitting works. Please contact our customer services team again and they will be able to have some more photos and videos sent across.

You sent us and email stating “the chain is too small to fit over my head.” Our customer service team responded, “We’re sorry to hear that the chain is too small to go over your head. If you undo the fastening and place it around your neck rather than over your head, does it fit?” We were simply trying to understand whether the 24-inch chain was too tight for your neck, making it uncomfortable to wear. Regarding the product being "cheap", we strive to keep our prices as competitive as possible, while offering free UK shipping and engraving, as we want our products to be accessible to all. We provide a variety of images for each product, including close-up and lifestyle shots, so that customers can see exactly what the product will look like. Additionally, the item description lists the materials used and the product's weight. We understand that shopping online can sometimes make it difficult to get a true sense of a product, but with our detailed images and descriptions, we have found that customers generally have a clearer understanding of what to expect when the product arrives. We're sorry if this was not the case for you.

With in a few days of wearing my bracket the clasp fell off so I can no longer fasten it or wear it. ☹️

We're very sorry to hear that the band is making your wrist itch. The bands are made from pure silicone and are 100% hypo-allergenic (non-toxic). Can you try cleaning the band using warm soapy water in case there is any residue on the band and see if this helps?

Hi Eric, As you are outside of the UK you were given 2 options for delivery. Either FedEx which takes 3 working days or economy which takes up to 20 working days (excludes weekends). You opted for economy, therefore as advised when you placed the order, this may take up to 20 working days and is not tracked. Our freephone 0800 number may not work outside of the UK. You can however easily contact us by the contact form on our website, by replying to your confirmation email or by contacting our customer services team at custserv@theidbandco.com

Worn for 2 days and some of the engraving has come off. I’ve been wearing cotton long sleeve clothing so no idea why this would happen this quickly

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. Due to it being Christmas, Royal Mail have said there have been some delays due to the high volume of post being sent at the moment. The "review requests" are sent out automatically after an order has been placed, you do have the option of waiting until you receive your order before leaving a review.
