We're sorry to see that you have given us a 1 star review. We are a UK based business and when you placed your order online you were given 2 delivery options as you are outside of the UK. The first delivery option was express which takes 3 working days to arrive, the second economy, which takes up to 20 working days. You selected economy and also ticked the box that says you understood packages can take up to 20 working days when economy is selected. It has currently been 10 working days since your order was dispatched.

The silicone bracelet you have ordered is made entirely from silicone and i can confirm the text on the band is engraved into the silicone as described not 'a tiny bit of white plastic stuck on' like you have stated.
The base silicone of the band is red and there is a thin layer of white silicone on the outside so that the text stands out and is readable. The text is engraved using a laser, therefore the beam from the laser 'burns' the text into the material to make a permanent mark, which reveals the red text on the white. If we did not have the white silicone layer the text would not stand out and be noticeable in an emergency situation.
We are sorry to hear that the band is too short and therefore can't be used. The band is an adjustable band which fits wrists between 5.25 inches and 8.25 inches this measurement is shown on the item description.
