“I have purchased several ID bands however, the plastic that hold the pin to the ID plate and the strap, keeps breaking. I wish The ID Band Company made stronger parts. I doubt anyone will read this, heres hoping.”

“When I placed the order and paid by credit card, there was no opportunity to enter a delivery address. The bracelet was delivered to my credit card address, which was not what I wanted - it has been very inconvenient trying to arrange to collect it, as I am currently not staying at the credit card address. Please make it possible for a delivery address to be entered with the order.”

When you place an order on our website and go to checkout it will ask you to enter your email address and then the second thing it will ask for is your delivery address before asking you for your payment method.
We're sorry to hear that the bracelet ordered is too tight, the size ordered was small 7 inches. We do advise you measure your wrist before ordering to ensure items will fit. There are 4 larger sizes to choose from if you would like to order a larger size.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent experience. Our Special delivery is delivered the next working day after date of dispatch therefore as your order was placed after we closed your order was sent out out the next day.
The paper inserts that go with the fabric bracelet need to be folded into three where the indented lines are in order to fit into the slot.
We're very sorry to hear that the wristband has been lost, the bands are normally very secure. We can see the band was for a child, could it have possibly maybe been too loose? If you contact custserv@theidbandco.com they will be happy to assist.

We do provide you with two shipping methods at checkout FedEx international priority, which arrives within 3 business days or Royal Mail international Economy which may take up to 20 working days to arrive. You chose Royal Mail international Economy and therefore your order may take the 20 working days to arrive, if you have not received it by this time please send us and email and let us know.

But, as in my case, you have dyslexia, as well as the conditions needed for a MediAlert bracklet in the first case, any errors, as confirmed by their customer service, sit with you.”
We're sorry to see that you have only awarded 2 stars. All of our engraving is semi-automated and we do not make any changes to the engraving unless asked to by the customer.
Once you have entered the information you would like engraved, this information is then displayed again 3 times before the order is placed for you to check. A confirmation email confirming the details is then sent to you as soon as the order has gone through. There is also the following displayed before payment “I confirm that I have checked the details of any engraving entered and I accept full responsibility for the information provided.” and a box must be ticked before the order is placed to say you agree with this (which you did).
Having all of the above helps us to encourage customers to check the details they have entered is correct before placing an order, I’m sorry if this was not the case on this occasion.

Hi Catherine, We did not send what we thought would do you ordered two non personalised Adrenal Insufficiency - Steroid Dependent pre printed silicone bands. These come with what is shown on the image on our website and can not be personalised. If you would like to order a personalised item you would need to select and engravable item this will then let you type in exactly what you would like engraved on the band.

“It is not at all like the one I need replacing. It is too heavy for. Me and although I knew the writing would be on the back of the band, it would be very difficult and time consuming to read my health issues. I shall try and find one which prints the necessary information on the top of the band. Also the etching won't wear off so quickly.”
We are sorry to see you have gave us a 2 star rating, the style bracelet you chose and ordered only allows for medical information to be on the inside due to the medical symbol on the outside however, we do have a large rang of bracelets which offer outside engraving.
“The band itself is good and comfortable to wear, but the clasp is poor. I had to super glue the band into the clasp to prevent it from constantly coming undone.”

The clasps are normally very secure when fitted correctly and we haven't had this kind of feedback before. When you fitted the bracelet using the enclosed instructions did you clamp the toothed hinge part onto the lines already made in the band?

If the information was on the inside and the outside was blank they would not know this was a medical bracelet.
