“The rubber that is around the metal disk edge collects minute pieces of grit and muck. The medical symbol I believe I ordered red but it's black. Worth £12.99 with postage, something needs to be done about the rubber edge bumper.”
“Read the details and it said adults to order size large. It's HUGE and horrid to wear. Adults should have small/medium/large options. I've got quite large wrists but it's far too big and flops around all over the place. Couldn't be bothered to send it back.”

We are sorry to hear that the ID band comes undone easily, the ultrabands are normally very secure. Can we check that once the stud has been pushed through one of the holes on the strap the strap is then but through the loop so that it is tucked into the inside of the band and against your wrist.

We do try to encourage customers to measure the wearers wrist before purchasing to ensure the correct size is selected. Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that the clasp is difficult to close. Sometimes the claps can be a bit tight with the bracelets being new and may need loosened slightly, if you wanted to send us an email we would be happy to have the clasp adjusted for you.
